I’m looking for your assistance in either reactivating my pool card or replacing it with another one.
Yesterday, July 21, I submitted the letter which explained that Sue Whore, Pool Manager blocked my card #0000368. Today, I was expecting this issue to be quickly resolved, but the card is still blocked. She is ignoring my calls. Thinking that you couldn’t reach her during the day, I found her at home, at Altair Place approximately at 7 p.m.
